VECTASHIELD® Mounting Medium with DAPI is a premium antifade mounting solution designed to preserve fluorescence signals during microscopy. This medium contains DAPI, a fluorescent stain that specifically binds to DNA, enabling clear and bright nuclear visualization in fixed cells and tissue sections.
Ideal for use in immunofluorescence, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), and other fluorescence-based imaging techniques, VECTASHIELD® with DAPI prevents photobleaching and maintains sample integrity for extended observation times.
