Y2K Notice: All models of the MVP1 (1000, 1000a) general use infusion pump, and the MTP® (1001, 1001a, 1001af) transport infusion pumps, their parts and accessories, contain an INTEL® microprocessor with embedded software that does not process (including, but not limited to record, use, calculate, compare, insert, print, display, transfer, exchange, or provide to the user or another device or equipment) date data (including, but not limited to dates, date ranges, or indication of or reference to date) from, into, the current year and between the years of 1999 and 2000. Additionally these infusion pumps will perform all functions indexed to their internal oscillators (clocks) in accordance to this company's specifications, without any impact on the pumps' safety and effectiveness, nor creating any inconvenience to the users. Therefore, the above referenced infusion pumps do not process date information and/or time and may be considered Y2K compliant, or "NOT APPLICABLE".
